Digital People is an authorised supplier of HP Engineering Services, our own engineers are trained with HP staff at HP's main training facility. Our professional services cover ALL aspects of installing and maintaining an Indigo Press and extend to supporting value add solutions such as our range of Comet software solutions.
Installation Services
From pre-purchase survey we aim to provide the highest level of service, our trained engineers will arrive shortly after our delivery team has pre-prepared the press following shipping. Installation then takes place according to HP guidelines and once the press is brought online a handover is completed to our own training team.
Training Services
All Digital People supplied presses come with training services, this training is provided by our own HP accredited trainers who work with your operators post installation to ensure your system delivers to your expectations.
Maintenance Contracts
All Digital People supplied presses come with warranty, however most of our clients like the opportunity to purchase a monthly service contract to ensure they gain access to engineers if the unexpected happens. Digital People offer a range of monthly contracts with strict SLA's to meet every circumstance depending on how business critical your Indigo Press is.
Ad-Hoc Engineer Visit
Digital People engineers carry a wide variety of spares so even if you are not a pay monthly customer we can generally get to you to remedy most issues within 24 hours. The first hour is included in the call out fee, subsequent hours are then charged at a pre-agreed rate which is fully refundable if you decide to purchase a DP monthly service contract.
